FREE OR REDUCED LUNCH ELIGIBILITY. For up to 30 operating days into the new school year (or until a new eligibility determination is made, whichever comes first) an individual child’s free or reduced price eligibility status from the previous year will continue. This temporary eligibility will expire end of day October 22, 2024. If you have NOT already submitted an application for the 2024-2025 school year, please submit one immediately. This will prevent a lapse in your child's eligibility when we return to our regular National School Lunch Program. (If you have already submitted an application please disregard this notice) To apply online visit the school district website at www.sd215.net - Child Nutrition, or visit www.myschoolapps.com. Or you can pick up a Meal Application from the school office, fill it out completely, and return it to the cafeteria manager or district office. If a new application is not received at least 5 school days prior to the termination date, the child's account may be charged full price for the meals after the termination date until the new application is processed. If you are not sure if an application has been completed for this current school year, please call Judy Oliphant at 208-624-7542.
